Due to the high volume, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. You can track your estimated delivery date via tracking number.
The shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date stated at checkout, and doesn’t include weekends, holidays and any delays on the courier's end. Delivery can possibly be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted. Be sure to check the dates stated during checkout and your confirmation email.
The shipping fee charged is based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and is non-refundable. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS

We offer 30-day returns for all customers. The return window starts the day the shipment is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (bag, card and gift box)
We do not accept the following for exchanges:
- Gift cards

We offer complimentary shipping within the United States for any item you want to return.

Returns are processed within 10 business days from the time we receive them. Once processed, it typically takes between 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please return the correct item to us to receive your refund. Some fees may apply if we ship back the mistaken item to you.

Within 30 days of making your purchase, your item may be eligible for a return.

Tarnishing is a natural reaction when sterling silver is exposed to external elements. Regular wear of your Miabella jewelry can help prevent tarnishing.
Store your sterling silver in a dry place-such as the sealed bag and anti-tarnish strip that came with your purchase or in a jewelry box away from other pieces. To preserve the appearance and longevity, clean your silver jewelry regularly with an anti-tarnish polishing cloth. For heavier tarnishing use a liquid cleaner for sterling silver jewelry.
We recommended to remove your jewelry during the following activities:
Household chores
Showering, swimming and hot tubs
Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other
cosmetics. Allow them to dry before wearing your jewelry
Exercising at the gym or any activity requiring heavy
work

All of Miabella’s raw silver purchased is all sustainable, local recycled jewelry and 100% of our products are made by our local manufacturer in Italy.

All Miabella jewelry is under warranty and covered 1 year from the date of purchase and we’ll replace your product if any damage from our manufacture or workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us customercare@miabellaitaly.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue..
Important to Note:
- Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, dents, or damages that come with normal wear and tear ( broken link to chain, tarnishing), improper cleaning or storage of your product, and any modification, customization, or repair to your product done by a third party
- Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of Miabella are not covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company you purchased the products from.
- It is not recommended to have our products modified or worked on by a third party jewelry and doing so will forfeit your rights to a refund or replacement under our warranty. Miabella does not offer repair or resizing and if your jewelry is defective and covered under the warranty, please email your order number and a photo of your defective product to customercare@miabellaitaly.com

If your jewelry arrived defective, it is covered under our warranty, please email us your order number and a photo of your defective product to customercare@miabellaitaly.com and we will send you a replacement.
